COMPLETE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By checking the consent box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver, including the Official Rules, Participation Agreement, and Waiver and Release of Liability, all of which can be found at questhuntco.com.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By electronically agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I understand and will comply with all tournament rules and regulations set forth herein, in the Participation Agreement, and in the laws and regulations of the state in which the tournament is held. I expressly assume all risks associated with the tournament and hereby release Quest Hunt Co. LLC, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, tournament officials, and volunteers from any and all claims related to injury, death, and/or property damage incurred by me or my minor child in connection with participation in this tournament.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quest Hunt Co. LLC and its members, board members, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, legal fees, or expenses arising from participation in the tournament, regardless of cause, including negligence. The only exception to this indemnity agreement is gross negligence, malice, or intentional misconduct by Quest Hunt Co. LLC.

I understand that I waive all current and future rights to sue or seek damages from Quest Hunt Co. LLC and its representatives for any injuries or losses incurred during the tournament.

2. RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

• I accept responsibility for reading, understanding, and complying with the rules and regulations outlined in the Participation Agreement.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification.
• Quest Hunt Co. LLC is not responsible for any misinterpretation of the rules.
• Bucks must be properly tagged in accordance with applicable state laws.
• The tournament operates on the honor system, and all entries are subject to investigation. Participants may be required to submit to a polygraph test if they place in the top 10.
• Any individual found cheating may be permanently barred from future tournaments.

3. CONTENT RIGHTS

I grant Quest Hunt Co. LLC an irrevocable license to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the tournament or awards ceremony for promotional and marketing purposes. The use of Quest Hunt Co. LLC’s trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS

• The Tournament Director reserves the right to reject any application for any reason and refund entry fees as necessary.
• All participants must agree to and be bound by the Participation Agreement, which outlines tournament rules, conduct, and other terms.

5. LEGAL AGREEMENTS

• Waiver of Jury Trial: Both Quest Hunt Co. LLC and the participant waive the right to a jury trial for any legal disputes arising from this waiver or tournament participation.
• Venue and Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will take place in Greene County, Missouri or the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
