ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during normal Quest Hunt Co business hours, except on national holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Weekends and holidays will delay processing and shipment.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of the item(s) purchased from a website of Quest Hunt Co, LLC, you may return the item within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. shipping & handling are non-refundable. Quest Hunt Co refund policy applies to products purchased via the questhuntco.com website any product purchased from an affiliate website are subject to manufacturer refund policy.

ITEMS EXEMPT RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES

The following are exempt from refunds: Gift cards, Box Blinds, Tournament and Quest Club Rewards Memberships

REQUIRED STEPS FOR RETURING AN ITEM TO QUEST HUNT CO

  1. Submit a return support form on the Quest Hunt Co website
  2. Ship returns to Quest Hunt Co via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. Use this address: 303 S Washington St, Strafford, MO 65757
  3. Return unused items, in the original box with all accessories,etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. 
  4. Returns without the complete original packaging may not be accepted.
  5. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped within the United States.
  6. Shipping for returned merchandise should be pre-paid.
  7. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  8. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
  9. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. We recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
  10. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any promotions or rebates that may be associated with it.
