Harvest Story: I chose to go out a little later in the day due to rain to help keep my noise down slipping through the timber. I wasnt in the stand 15 minutes and I heard a deer to the south of me working my way. He stopped and worked a scrap and tore some shrubs up. Next thing I know he’s at 26 yards. It was now or never so I took the shot. He ran 60 yards and crashed. Luckily I had my two sons to help with a quick recovery and help drag it up the hill to the trail. Biggest buck to date.
