Harvest Story: I was fortunate enough that my brother got me permission on one of his turkey hunting farms. He always talked about how many deer he saw turkey hunting and how it just looked like it would hold big bucks. I never in my life thought it would hold something of this caliber. This old bruiser showed up and I instantly knew I had to find him. I narrowed it down to one thick ridge he was constantly using. Hunts after hunts for this deer and nothing. They’d be times I’d be in the stand and look at my cell cams and he’d be at a different spot in daylight mocking me. Finally on the evening of October 25th I slipped in tight to his bedroom. Around 6:20 I heard something just barreling through the brush. I look behind me and there he is at 40 yards and closing fast. He finally offered me shot at 32 yards and the rest is history!! I’m truly blessed with such a Pa giant!!
