Harvest Story: I had a nice buck come in shortly after daylight but he didn’t let me get a shot off. About an hour later still feeling a bit broken hearted from my close encounter. I happened to look in the field behind my stand and seen what appeared to be a decent size bodied deer. Put my scope on him to determine he was definitely a shooter. Got a clean shot off on him at about 120 yards and he dropped. Waited for about 2 hours for my brother who was hunting about about a 1/4 mile from me to finish out his morning hunting. So we could recover the deer together.
