Harvest Story: I’ve been pursuing this buck for the last year and a half. I knew the buck was in a particular area. I had a stand close but the wind was so bad I had to get down. I found a tree to set by on the ground. In less than 5 minutes I could see 2 does running threw the brush with a buck behind them.They stopped for a moment but ended up running just to my right at about 10 feet.l had to roll over on my right shoulder to get the gun up.The buck caught my movement and stopped about 20 feet from me looking down at me. I was able to shoot him in the front shoulder.
